as I said before, i went to attend the Hillsong UNITE + Conquer live concert at Syuen Hotel, Ipoh yesterday (11th august 2010). went there right after i finish writing my essay, my assignment for Communication English. Thanks william for fetching me there. =)

with the help of GPS, we reached there around 6.30pm. but the parkings were nearly empty! the people gathered there so early!! we found a place behind the hotel, and i just realised that i didnt refill my water bottle. and i was hungry too. =( anyway, excitement overwhelmed me and i actually forgotten bout my tummy. haha!
.
i kinda got the idea of the poor organization of the committee in charge, but i had no idea that it is SO poor!! people everywhere, no-good orientation, lack of person in charge, poor setting of receptionist and so many more! anyway, me and william made our way to redeem our wrist band. itz a glow-in-the-dark wristband. kinda too big for me though. can come out easily. huhu~

finally, we get to go into the ballroom after few minutes crowding with the others outside. they combined 3 ballrooms together, but still, there's plenty more people outside who didnt register. so, they have to come the next day. we sat at the back, coz they gave priority to the seminar participants, where they wore red wrist bands.

after seating for like 15 minutes, then a band came onto the stage and people started screaming. i really thought the Hillsong team had arrived, coz i cnt see from the back. they started singing the 1st worship song. after singing, then ny they said, ''we're not the Hillsong team, we're students from Hillsong college'' i was like....za dou.. haha!

then, the climax came when the Hillsong team came in. it was a BLAST!! i cnt believe i really saw them with my own eyes, saw one of the best worship team from Australia!! we were high, jumping around and worshiping the Lord almighty. i took off my high heels, obviously. =.=ll

anyway, when the pastor asked us to take a seat, we kinda like...have to move backwards. and when i was moving backwards, there's a family sitting down there already. i kindly asked them to push their bags behind a lil' bit so that i can sit down. instead, the mother who had a baby on her arms stopped me and said,
"can you please be fair to everyone who came first?''
i was shocked and i answered..
"ermm..we were from the front and there's no more place behind you. so...."
she quickly answered me back,
"yes i know, but we sat here since before the concert started, and u are wearing a GREEN band. those who have RED band have the priority to sit infront, my dear"
and i swear, she sounded so sarcastically!! i nearly wanted to asked her back,
"miss, are u trying to LABEL me?? are u saying that i, who had GREEN band MUST sit right behind you? why dont u try and tell the other hundreds of GREEN band holders who sat right in front of you to move behind you?? u're so intolerant!!"
but of course, i learn to control me temper in that kind of situation, especially when we're attending a worshiping event like this. but i swear, i wasnt feeling so good at that time.

the night ended with "One Way'' song, and itz craazzyyy~ everyone was jumping around, and call out the name of the Lord. i was really really satisfied. it ended around 10.30pm.

then, william brought us to McD, and guess what i ate? yerrpz~ GCB again!! hehe.. super-in-love with it. and now, there's even DOUBLE GCB!! im gonna try it too when i go to KL diz weekend. ^.^

datz all. i enjoyed the concert very very much. learn something from pastor Josh too. really meaningful. God bless you.
